What is mltipl.AI?
It's both a database of Telegram trading signal channels, and an AI based backtesting system all in one. We not only keep a database of performance backtests for each month of each channel, dating back to Feb 2023, but we give you tools to backtest any channel you'd like. You can extract historical data, parse it into trade data, edit data, and run backtests. You can compare trade datasets for things like symbol correlation and trade correlation, so you can see whether a channel copies another channel's trades.
How many tests do you have in the database?
As of January 2026, we have long term data from over 400 channels that we are adding to our backtest database. Most of these channels are VIP, and we started with the most popular among our subscribers. We are parsing and back testing these in chunks of 40, which takes about 10-12 days per batch. Here is a list of the current test data we are processing this month. As of Jan 14 2026, 35 of these channels are live, and the rest are processing through our automation system. The remaining channels will auto-populate as they complete.

Are there any profitable channels you've found?
Yes! A number of the channels we test show long term (over 12 months) profitability. Some show as much as 200% gain, while others are lower, around 8-10%. The average gain for a winning channel is somewhere around 60%.
So far, we find the average losing channel carries a loss of 10% or more, and about 30% of the channels offer inconsistent returns that hover between 10% gain and 10% loss.
How far back does the database go?
Currently it has 36 months' worth of tests. Not all channels we've tested have 36 or more months worth of data, but most do.
How do you arrange the tests?
They are grouped by year for the main display section. Clicking on the channel's card modal will display monthly results, and then each monthly result will show the trades for that month.
What is your test methodology?
We test on a $10,000 USD test account, using 0.1 sized lots. We don't use any trailing drawdowns. As of April 2025, we now include signal edits into our test method. All signals with entry prices are taken as 'pending' orders, which means that they do not trigger until the market price reaches the entry. This also means that some trades from a provider will not trigger. We want to see the channel's performance exactly as the signals come. Results are shown as a % of the account size.
How are the results displayed?
There are two pages, one shows lifetime results. If you click on the modal, it will take you to a second page that shows monthly results. From there you can view tests with all the individual trades.
Do you link to the channels you test?
In most cases yes, although some channels are VIP with no 'free' channel that we can locate. Each test we perform is available for download, so you can see the results, including historical drawdown, win/loss rates, statistical averages, average holding time, and trades for the month.
What if I'm looking for a channel you don't have yet?
We have a cloud based backtesting application in our system. All members can access it.
What if the backtester doesn't recognize the signal format in the channel I'm trying to test?
Our regex pattern detector uses an AI fallback for signal pattern detection. It's pretty comprehensive but there are so many signal patterns out there it may not detect them all. If you've got a signal pattern that we can't detect, drop us a line and share it with us! It usually takes about 3-4 days to build additional regex and upload it to the server, and it helps everyone else out too.
How do you perform the tests?
We have our own software that we've developed. It extracts the historical signals from Telegram, and converts the signals into orders and modifications that can be backtested.

Are the channels in your database friendly to Telegram copiers?
All of the data we have comes through our copier. The copier uses AI to parse messages, so it can handle nearly any format.
What if I don't receive a 2FA code when I log in?
Sometimes Telegram will soft ban accounts during a log in. This a Telegram security feature. It is rare, but it happens. Typically the soft ban will clear after 30 min, but sometimes it can last as long as 24 hours. We have had success overcoming the soft ban by turning on Telegram's internal 2SA setting, which adds second layer authentication. We apologize if this happens to you, but we don't control Telegram. Because Telegram will throttle or cancel long download times, we advise to limit downloads to one month at a time.
Can I get a refund?
We don't typically give refunds. You are buying a data service, and that data is yours during the subscription period. If you have an issue, please contact our support team, and we will rectify any issue. The forex community has a reputation for being somewhat...litigious, so should you decide to open a case with Paypal...just know that we win probably 90% of cases. Should you lose (and you likely will lose) we will revoke your account and charge you a dispute fee equal to your subscription price. xD
